GreenFlex, a company specialized in environmental and societal performance, has been acquired by the Total Group .
Pierre GOUGÉ, partner in corporate law and M&A at DELSOL Avocats and Martin SOUYRI, associate, advised GreenFlex and its founder-director in the context of its acquisition by Total Energy Services. GreenFlex is one of the European leaders in the fields of energy efficiency and ecological transition. Greenflex registered a turnover of over 350 million euros in 2017.
