PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats advises HESUS, a Greentech construction sector startup, on its latest fundraising round
The HESUS group, specialists in the management of supply and evacuation of soils and materials for construction sites, successfully closed a €10 million fundraising round with PARIS FONDS VERT, a fund managed by DEMETER PARTNERS and backed by Paris City Hall, SUEZ VENTURES and CONSTRUCTION VENTURE.
The deal, whereby chief executive and co-founder Emmanuel CAZENEUVE retains control of the group, provides HESUS with the resources needed to develop its business, ranging from the Grand Paris development programme to international projects.
HESUS was advised on the fundraising by DELSOL Avocats, represented by Henri-Louis DELSOL, partner and co-head of the Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions Department, and associates Vincent GUEVENOUX and Alexandre de BEAUFORT, and on tax aspects by partner and co-head of the Tax Law Department Mathieu LE TACON.
