"The end of the golden age of interim ex parte orders to fight unfair competition ?” by Alexis CHABERT for the magazine Acteurs de l’Economie April 2016

For the magazine Acteurs de l’Economie April 2016, Alexis CHABERT wrote a column on the issues relating to unfair competition and the procedures known as interim ex parte orders bringing proof of unfair acts

In an article published in the magazine Acteurs de l’Economie in April 2016, Alexis CHABERT, a partner in the "Litigation" department, comments on recent case law in unfair competition cases, which increasingly restrict the so-called interim ex parte order procedure. In principle this makes it possible to provide direct evidence of unfair acts, but by authorizing the annulment of document seizures these recent judgments have led to some legal uncertainty.
