Romande Energie France is continuing to invest in the French renewable energy
market and to expand its renewables portfolio in Franc through its French subsidiary, Romande Energie France.
The transaction covers six early-stage projects (462 MW, estimated commissioning in 2025-2027), seven other projects, in late stages (162 MW, estimated commissioning 2022-2025), as well as an 80% interest in a ready-to-build project (13 MW, estimated commissioning in 2022) and full ownership of an installation recently commissioned (9 MW).
This acquisition illustrates Romande Energie’s contribution to the clean energy transition.
Amaury NARDONE has been advising Romande Energie France for eight years with various hydroelectric power stations or wind farms acquisitions.
