DELSOL Avocats advised the CNGE (National College of Teaching General Practitioners), the leading scientific society for general medicine in France, in obtaining authorisation from the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), for the P4DP (Platform For Data in Primary care) project, a data warehouse hosting general medicine data.
The main objective of the P4DP project is to enable doctors and researchers to better understand care pathways, detect the risk of pathologies more quickly, and improve the quality of treatment offered to patients. Thanks to this authorisation, the project will also eventually be able to cross-reference collected data with data of the National Health Data System (SNDS).
Jeanne BOSSI MALAFOSSE, partner within the Personnal data and Life sciences departments, and her team advised the CNGE in the context of this project.
She also acts as the Data Privacy Officer of the CNGE.
