Victoire provides legal and regulatory advice to players in the healthcare sector, in particular in the following areas :
- Regulation of products (medicinal products ; medical devices ; cosmetics ; food supplements and biocides) and associated services ;
- Rules governing relations between the players in the healthcare sector (framework for benefits ; transparency, etc.) ;
- Negotiation and drafting of related contractual documents ;
- Litigation, whether administrative (contestation of marketing authorisation ; appeals against health police decisions, etc.), civil (product liability or fault-based liability) or commercial (unfair competition ; breach of contract ; breach of established commercial relations, etc.).
In addition, Victoire teaches health law at university and trains professionals in the regulations applicable to their activity.
Professional practice
With over 6 years’ experience in law firms, in health law, at SEA Avocats and then LexCase, Victoire joined DELSOL Avocats in July 2024.
Education
- Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession from the Professional Training School of the Bars within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal (2018)
- Master degree in Business law : 1rst year at Lille II University (2015) and 2nd year at Paris-Dauphine University (2016)
- University diploma in Contractual practice from Lille II University (2015)
