DELSOL Avocats advised Maison Worms on the financing of AZmed
AZmed, a publisher of AI-based diagnostic software for radiologists, has raised 15 million Euros in a Series A round including the family office Maison Worms, Techstars and Tempact Ventures.
This fundraising will enable the medtech to accelerate its international development and to use its artificial intelligence software to help radiologists and emergency doctors identify fractures.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised Maison Worms with a team including :
