DELSOL Avocats assisted Evolem and the Management team in the context of Cap Vert’s LBO in favour of the Italian fund Ambienta
Cap Vert is one of the major French players in the sector of services related to urban green care. In order to support the group’s growth, Ambienta, an Italian private equity fund, has become the majority shareholder of Cap Vert, while the family office Evolem and BNP Développement have remained significant shareholders.
Since the entry of Evolem in July 2020, Cap Vert has enjoyed a sustainable growth. Ambienta’s entry will enable further development relying on strengthened resources as well as on Evolem’s and BNP Développement’s experience. The founder and the top management took part in this transaction. New employees became shareholders.
