On 6 August 2025, the Antibes (France) Commercial Court approved the Safeguard Plan of Keller Williams France, the French franchisee of the eponymous American real estate group.
With liabilities totalling €17.8 million, the company was able to benefit from provisions for affected parties. Its plan was validated, and it is now benefiting from a five-year debt rescheduling plan and an average write-off of 66% of its liabilities. This includes a write-off of 85% of bank debts, particularly state-guaranteed loans.
In this context, DELSOL Avocats advised Entrepreneur IM, the bond lender, with a team including Amaury Dumas-Marze, partner, and Gabriela Pintilescu, counsel.
