DELSOL Avocats advised the sellers in the context of Mathevon’s LBO ter, a specialist in the machining of parts for industrial valves based in Saint-Etienne (France).
In this third round of financing, Montyon Capital made its first investment, taking over from the original investors : Siparex, Arkéa Capital, Africinvest, Bpifrance, and BNP Paribas Développement.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised the sellers on financing aspects with a team including Séverine Bravard, partner, and Arthur Collet, associate.
