DELSOL Avocats assisted private equity firm Aster Capital as part of the fundraising round by startup IT monitoring specialist PacketAI.
Aster Capital led the fundraising round alongside BNP Paribas Développement, SGPA and Entrepreneur First.
The round will enable PacketAI to ramp up development of its solution and maintain its R&D investments.
Aster Capital was advised by Henri-Louis DELSOL, partner and co-head of the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions Department, and associates Martin SOUYRI and Alexandre ZITOUNE.
