DELSOL Avocats advises Cybergun as part of its accelerated financial safeguard (SFA) application procedure

DELSOL Avocats advised Cybergun, a specialist in the development and marketing of airsoft replica firearms, on its application for an accelerated financial safeguard (SFA) plan. The application proved successful, and on 10 February 2020, the Nanterre Commercial Court approved the draft SFA plan, which had garnered extensive support from Cybergun’s financial creditors.
The firm of SOLVE (Hélène CHARPENTIER, Amélie BIRBES and Francois POLVERELLI) acted as receiver and was appointed commissioner for the implementation of the SFA plan.
