DELSOL Avocats advised ADIM Ouest, Vinci Construction’s real estate development subsidiary, on the design and construction of an upscale hotel to be located at the heart of the Le Mans 24 Hours racetrack, on behalf of VIRAGE 5, a group of mainly local private investors who own land near the circuit.
The project was initiated by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO), organizer of the Le Mans 24 Hours.
The future hotel, designed by architectural firm AW2, will be located at the Esses de la Forêt bend, and is due to start operating in spring 2027.
DELSOL Avocats, represented by Nathalie Peyron, partner in the Real estate - Construction department, assisted ADIM Ouest with the drafting and negotiation of the agreements signed with VIRAGE 5 (preliminary study contract, real estate development contract) in the context of this project.
