PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats advised Fortify in the new stage of development with UI Investissement.

Fortify, represented by Vincent Guerry, is a Lyon based firm and a key player in the area of HR Tech. It offers various innovative and effective solutions to companies (up to 3000 employees).

Since its inception in 2014, it has registered a 30% growth. In order to improve its development and broaden its digital offer, Fortify and UI Investissement have decided to cooperate on a joint venture. UI Investissement, represented by Emmanuel Eon, is a French leader in porte-folio management and has offices in 13 regions throughout France. It advices almost 400 managers in key business sectors such as health, agribusiness and the services in industry. UI Investissement manages a porte-folio of 1,5 billion euros for SME’s and mi-cap companies.
