Nathalie Peyron, partner in the Real estate-Construction department, advised Les Hôtels Baverez, owner of three luxury hotels in Paris, on the renovation of the 5-star Hôtel Raphael located Avenue Kléber (Paris).
The owner’s desire to preserve the spirit and the 1925 Parisian style of the premises impacted deeply the renovation project. Nathalie Peyron worked alongside the owner to draft the various contracts required for the project (project management contract, works contracts, etc.) and to negotiate with the various parties involved.
Work started at the beginning of December 2024 and will last for fourteen months.
