DELSOL Avocats advised Caisse d’Epargne Loire Drôme Ardèche on the acquisition of Weba Grupa
DELSOL Avocats advised the mezzanine investor, Caisse d’Epargne Loire Drôme Ardèche (CELDA), on the acquisition of Weba Grupa by the Clesse Group, owned by InnovaFonds.
Clesse, a manufacturer of gas equipment (pressure regulators, hoses, valves, fittings, etc.) based near Clermont-Ferrand (France), has acquired the Polish company Weba. This acquisition gives the group control of a company with revenues of €13 million, bringing its consolidated turnover to close to €50 million.
