Consultim Asset Management, through its property investment company (SCPI), Optimale, has acquired a 4 300 sqm complex in the Val d’Orson business park located in Vern-sur-Seiche, near Rennes (France). The property has excellent visibility and transport links and is in line with the SCPI’s investment strategy, which focuses on regional assets under €10 million, targeting towns and tenants with strong economic dynamism.
The complex is let to five tenants, whose diversified activities strengthen the resilience of the SCPI’s portfolio. This operation is expected to reduce the energy consumption of Optimale’s office estate by around 10%.
