DELSOL Avocats assisted Wenova, an investment fund management company, with the acquisition of a wholesale retail complex located in Aubervilliers, with a total area of over 40,000 m², from private investors.
Wenova completed one of its most significant transactions by signing this letter of intent, which represents the largest real estate transaction in the inner suburbs of northern Paris at the start of 2026.
For this transaction, a dedicated club deal was structured, notably including an institutional investor. The transaction involves 45,000 square meters, over 90% of which is leased, with an AEM yield of 8.25%.
