Emballages Réunis is a group of companies specialising in industrial packaging and logistics. It has developed itself through successive integrations and creations and is now one of the leading players in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (France).
Having successfully implemented its development plan, the management team intends to continue its external growth strategy while accelerating its CSR strategy. In this context, Garibaldi Participations is reinvesting alongside Emballages Réunis as part of a LBO.
