The Corporate taxation department assists groups of companies in all their tax issues: international investments, tax optimisation of income and assets, setting up profit-sharing schemes and interactions with the taxation of shareholders, managers and employees.

Managed by Jean-François DEFUDES, Julien MONSENEGO and Frédéric SUBRA, the Corporate taxation department assists groups of companies in all their tax issues, including international investment to and from France, tax optimisation of income and assets and the setting up profit-sharing schemes and their interactions with the taxation of shareholders, managers and employees. Our team also assists its clients and those of the Mergers & Acquisitions – Corporate law department for transactional tax, from the audit to the acquisition structure, and up to the post-closing restructurings, in industrial contexts or those of LBOs and assimilated operations.
