Jean-Michel Aulas’ family office, Holnest, has signed an agreement with 13 partners, entrepreneurs and national and regional institutions to acquire the LDLC Arena, a sports venue located in the Lyon metropolitan area.
HOLARENA, a company created for this purpose, of which Holnest is chairman and 60% shareholder, owns 100% of the LDLC Arena as previously agreed with the Eagle Group.
LDLC Arena is one of the most emblematic venues in Europe. Thanks to its high-quality technological equipment and fully modular configuration, LDLC Arena will host numerous national and international concerts, major sporting and corporate events. As a vehicle of dynamisme for the entire region, it generates more than 500 direct and indirect jobs and benefits many sectors of the regional economy.
