DELSOL Avocats advised RUNA CAPITAL, as lead investor, in connection with the fundraising of SIMPLIFIELD
Pierre GOUGÉ, corporate partner and Cécile FRIANT-ECORCHEVILLE, associate, assisted the Russian fund RUNA CAPITAL, lead investor, alongside CAPHORN INVEST and 50 PARTNERS CAPITAL, in connection with its acquisition of a shareholding in the capital of the SIMPLIFIELD, a publisher of shop floor data collection software. SIMPLIFIELD gathered 2,7 million euros from this roundtable.
This fundraising should allow SIMPLIFIELD, which multiplied its turnover by five in 2016, to accelerate its international development.
Based in Lille and in Paris, SIMPLIFIELD offers distributors to collect data in shops via a mobile application.
