DELSOL Avocats assisted ALTIFORT with the acquisition of FLOW CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES (FCT) from the EMERSON group
Founded in 2014 by two entrepreneurs, Stanislas Vigier (CEO) and Bart Gruyaert (General Manager), ALTIFORT is an international industrial group active in Germany, Belgium, France and Ukraine, specialising in fluids (Altifluid division), mechanical engineering (Altimotion division) and construction (Altibuild division).
Previously controlled by the American group EMERSON, FLOW CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES employs 140 people.
