DELSOL Avocats advised Aroma-Zone, a French company specialising in natural beauty and wellness products, on the negotiation of a lease in future state of completion (BEFA) for a 22,000 sqm warehouse in Cavaillon (France). The warehouse will be certified BREEAM Excellent and Biodiversity.
The warehouse will also be used to develop a complex of rooftop photovoltaic plants for self-consumption and grid reinjection.
A major player in natural cosmetics and homemade products, Aroma-Zone relies on a direct business model that guarantees the quality and traceability of its products. On the strength of its commitment to more responsible beauty, Aroma-Zone was voted France’s 2nd favourite retailer in 2025.
