Deskeo takes its property development activity to a new level with the lease of the new Espace Grand Opéra, located in the heart of the Opéra district in Paris.
This operation reinforces Deskeo’s approach : the combination of high-end projects and a sustainable and responsible framework.
This new private 1,500 m² platform was restructured in cooperation with Assembly, a real estate company specializing in the conversion of buildings in the heart of major European urban centers.
Its location opposite the Paris Opera further strengthens Deskeo’s real estate portfolio, representing more than 100,000 m² of flexible offices, offering quality hospitality services to more than 180 companies that are already customers.
