On 26 July 2021 Dimotrans signed the acquisition of a 85% majority stake in Crystal group. With this transaction and its sustained organic growth Dimotrans’ turnover will exceed 500M€ as soon as 2021.
This acquisition of a 85% majority stake matches Dimotrans’ will to become a key player of the global supply chain for its industrial clients, distributors, agents and international partners.
Dimotrans Group, managed by Jean-Luc DECLAS, thus strengthens its position and renown on the overseas and customs sectors, with a view to offer its clients a full quality service while developing its four prefered businesses : overseas, shipping and air transport commission and customs transactions ; contractual logistics ; national delivery service ; road transport and international transport.
Crystal Group, managed by Eric HENNET, is now a subsidiary of DIMOTRANS Group.
Crystal group is active in the shipping and air transport commission and customs sectors, more particularly through its Qualit’air and sea brand, and will rely from now on on DIMOTRANS Group’s global offer to provide its clients with solutions covering all their needs in terms of supply chain.
