PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advised Turing 22 in the negotiation of a lease in a future state of completion for Michelin’s future collaborative innovation park in Clermont-Ferrand

DELSOL Avocats has advised Turing 22, operator of the future largest coworking space in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, which has been chosen to provide the operational management of the Pôle d’Innovation Collaboratif (PIC).

The PIC is one of the four hubs of the future Parc Cataroux, the vast project undertaken by the Michelin group to give new life into unoccupied spaces within its historic Cataroux site in Clermont Ferrand city centre. The Parc Cataroux aims to be an accelerator of innovation and a driver of economic and social dynamism for the city of Clermont-Ferrand and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. This project is supported by a number of private (Crédit Agricole Centre France, Groupe Michelin, Caisse d’Epargne Auvergne Limousin) and public (Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie du Puy-de-Dôme, Clermont Auvergne Métropole, etc) players.

The management of the PIC has been entrusted to Turing 22 to develop, with Cardinal group as developer, a unique 18,000 m² programme in France bringing together co-living, coworking, catering, retail and cultural activities, with the aim of gathering into a single location all the players involved in innovation serving the sustainable economy. The site is due to open in mid-2025.

DELSOL Avocats advised Turing 22 on the negotiation of the lease in a future state of completion for the PIC with a team including partner Adrien Williot and associate Solène Defrance.
