DELSOL Avocats advised Wacano with the signing of a firm 11-year commercial lease for 2 869 m² office space in the Workstation building owned by Hines France and located at 25 quai du Président Paul Doumer in Courbevoie (92400).
A partnership consortium including Wacano, the Mission Locale Rives de Seine and the Courbevoie’s City has been formed around this entrepreneurship and employment project to be installed in the Workstation building which, in addition to office space, offers 3 340m² of service areas (concierge, restoration, sports and well-being).
