PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advised Wenova Asset Management on its acquisition of a Haussmann-style residential building near the Jardin des Plantes (Paris)
DELSOL Avocats advised Wenova Asset Management, a portfolio management company specialising in real estate private equity, on the acquisition of a Haussmann-style residential building locaedt 53 Boulevard Saint-Marcel in Paris, with 1,025 sqm of floor space including 22 flats and 2 shops at the foot of the building.
This transaction was carried out on behalf of FPCI ELTIF Wenova Transition and Wenova Living.
In line with the Funds’ strategy of transforming obsolete residential assets into homes that meet the latest standards, the building will be renovated.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised Wenova AM with a team including Adrien WILLIOT, partner, Solène DEFRANCE and Stanislas ANDREU, associates, on real estate law aspects.
The other advisors involved were C&L Notaires as buyer’s counsel and Caisse d’Epargne Île-de-France for the financing.
