DELSOL Avocats advised the Hesus Group, specialists in the evacuation, management and recovery of soils, materials and construction waste for the construction industry, on the signing of an off-plan lease agreement with real estate developer Quartus on premises in the district known as La Minoterie in Ivry-sur-Seine (94), provisionally set to come into effect on 30 June 2020.
The huge project to rehabilitate La Minoterie sets out to preserve the existing industrial heritage while creating a mixed-use real estate development made up of contemporary housing and offices. Hesus will be leasing over 1,100.00 m² to house its new headquarters.
