PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats announces the appointment of three new Counsels

DELSOL Avocats is pleased to announce the appointment of three lawyers as Counsel : Eve Dauvois (Wealth Law and Taxation), Mayeul Fournier de Saint Jean (Mergers & Acquisitions - Corporate Law) and Alexis Robbe (Public Law).

Eve Dauvois’ main areas of expertise are wealth tax, restructuring, optimisation and transfer of assets, as well as international mobility. She also monitors the tax obligations of the firm’s clients (IR, IFI) and assists them with tax audits and litigation.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Eve joined DELSOL Avocats in 2015.

She holds a Master II Gestion du Patrimoine Privé et Professionnel (Université Panthéon-Assas) and a Master II Droit Fiscal (Université Panthéon-Assas).


Mayeul Fournier de Saint Jean joined DELSOL Avocats in 2020, having gained 6 years’ experience in the legal department of the holding company of a listed group.

In addition to his traditional work in corporate law (regular advice and monitoring of companies), he is particularly involved in the following areas :

  • M&A / private equity
  • compliance / ESG
  • governance of listed companies / stock market law / regulatory.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013, Mayeul holds a Master II in Banking and Finance (Université Paris V Descartes - Malakoff).



Alexis Robbe joined the public law department of DELSOL Avocats in 2016, as part of his final internship (EDA). He became a lawyer in 2017.

Since then, he has been advising and litigating with public bodies (state operators, local authorities and their groupings) on their public interest and property projects. In the same way, he assists private players (profit-making and not-for-profit) in their relations with public bodies (partnerships, responding to calls for projects, property transactions, etc.). Over the past eight years, he has developed particular expertise in public contract law (complex contracts and public procurement) and state aid law (European state aid law).

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, after practising in Lyon for five years, Alexis holds a Master II in Administration of Justice Law (Université d’Auvergne - Vice-Major).
