PRESS RELEASE –DELSOL Avocats pursues its growth dynamic and announces the appointment of two new partners in financing and in restructuring

After many successful years of development and positive results for 2020 despite the economic climate, DELSOL Avocats has decided to pursue its development and growth strategy by appointing Séverine BRAVARD and Manuel WINGERT as partners.

Séverine BRAVARD joined the "Mergers & Acquisitions - Corporate Law" department in 2001.

She has since developed recognized expertise in financing and banking law on behalf of top management and banking institutions in the context of drafting and negotiating banking documentation (structured financing - mezzanine debt - asset financing and other).

She also advises on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.

Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2000, Séverine BRAVARD is a graduate of Dijon University where she obtained a postgraduate qualification (DESS) in Taxation, Accounting and Business Law. She also holds an International Diploma in European Tax Law from Bruges College.

Manuel WINGERT began his career in 1996 in a judicial administrator’s office. After being sworn-in in 2006, he joined a firm specializing in corporate restructuring, before joining DELSOL Avocats in 2013.

Specializing in distressed companies, he is involved in both preventing and dealing with crisis situations, whether in preventive or collective proceedings. He mainly advises business leaders, creditors, debtors, buyers, as well as administrators and judicial representatives.

Manuel WINGERT holds a DESS (post-graduate qualification) in Business Administration from the IAE in Strasbourg. After completing his training at the Paris Dauphine University, he obtained certification as a Judicial Administrator issued by the CNAJMJ.

DELSOL Avocats now has more than 120 lawyers and legal advisors, including 30 partners and 12 counsels.

DELSOL Avocats’ annual general meeting was held on 25 March 2021. As the mandate of the Board of Directors and the President expired at the end of their two-year term, new directors were elected. They are Renaud-Jean CHAUSSADE, Henri-Louis DELSOL, Pierre GOUGÉ, Emmanuel KAEPPELIN and Frédéric SUBRA. Henri-Louis DELSOL and Emmanuel KAEPPELIN have been appointed co-presidents.
