DELSOL Avocats advised Dimotrans Group on its acquisition of a 78% stake in @Moldtrans Group, a leading transport and logistics company in the Iberian Peninsula.
Dimotrans Group now has 3,000 employees and is consolidating its European presence by becoming a major player in the global supply chain, with turnover approaching €1 billion.
This transaction was carried out with the DELSOL Avocats a team composed of :
