DELSOL Avocats advised BMG Group, which specialises in commercial property, on its merger with FAÏENCERIES DE SARREGUEMINES, DIGOIN & VITRY-LE-FRANCOIS, resulting in the emergence of a French group listed on Euronext Paris in the property sector, called FSDV.
Managed by Louis and Nicolas Ramé, the BMG family group has floated on the stock market through the reverse takeover of the listed company FAÏENCERIES DE SARREGUEMINES, DIGOIN & VITRY-LE-FRANCOIS.
