DELSOL Avocats assisted the assignor, Frédérique GIRARD-ORY in her capacity as founding partner, in the context of the assignment of Dermscan Laboratory to Eurofins.
Dermscan provides skin tests and clinical studies and employs more than 150 people in France, Poland, Thailand, Tunisia and Mauritius.
Eurofins, a laboratory created in 1987 in Nantes, is specialised in agronomy, pharmacy and biology.
