PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advised Thuasne on its acquisition of the Mécacentre industrial site
DELSOL Avocats advised Thuasne, a European mid-sized enterprise that manufactures medical devices and is the market leader in France and the second-largest company in Europe in the orthopaedics sector, on the acquisition of the Mécacentre industrial site in Saint-Etienne (France). The site was previously owned by German groups ZF and PWK.
The site has been closed since the end of 2023, following Mécacentre’s liquidation after it was placed in receivership and failed to find a buyer.
This acquisition aligns with the company’s commitment to continuing its growth in Saint-Étienne through a model based on innovation, sustainable, connected, and eco-responsible industrial production.
