PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats announces the promotion of three of-Counsel attorneys

1 July 2019 – DELSOL Avocats is delighted to announce the following promotions to of-Counsel status :

  • Jean-Baptiste AUTRIC in the Nonprofit Organizations – Social and Solidarity-based Entrepreneurship Department,
  • Virginie DELANNOY in the Real Estate Law Department, and
  • Emmanuel SADORGE in the Nonprofit Organizations – Social and Solidarity-based Entrepreneurship Department.

Jean-Baptiste AUTRIC works with social and solidarity-based structures. He assists associations, foundations and endowment funds on their legal and fiscal issues, particularly those arising from business or asset restructurings.

Jean-Baptiste AUTRIC, who was admitted to the LYON Bar in 2008, holds a master’s degree in Business Law from GRENOBLE II University (2005) and a Certificate of Specialization in Associations and Foundations Law awarded by the CNB in 2013.

Virginie DELANNOY has developed expertise in real estate leases, whether commercial, professional, under construction or yet to be built. She assists lessors and lessees in both advisory work and litigation.
She also contributes to other aspects of real estate law (construction, joint ownership) and company formalities (real estate sales, business transfers and lease rights).

Virginie DELANNOY, who was admitted to the PARIS Bar in 2005, joined DELSOL Avocats in 2015 after working in several Paris law firms’ real estate departments.

Emmanuel SADORGE advises and defends the interests of nonprofit organizations, cooperatives and entrepreneurs in the social and solidarity-based economy. He introduces legal and fiscal structures (hybridization, third-party sites, real estate, contracting, etc.) and contributes to innovative fundraising and impact-investing projects.
He is the co-author of a book sharing his expertise in mergers, subsidiary formation and mutualization (Restructuration des organisations non lucratives, Dalloz, Juris Edition, 2018) and regularly lectures on taxation and structuring in the social and solidarity-based economy.

Emmanuel SADORGE, who was admitted to the PARIS Bar in 2011, holds a qualification awarded by the STRASBOURG DJCE (2008).

DELSOL Avocats now has 110 attorneys or legal professionals, including 27 partners and 12 of-Counsels.
