DELSOL Avocats advised Fortify in the context of the acquisition of Newext RH
A major player in the fields of HR Tech (notably HRIS), the Lyon-based company Fortify offers innovative and efficient solutions to companies (up to 3,000 employees), supported by around a hundred employees in France.
Since its inception in 2014, it has registered a 30% growth.
In order to accelerate its development in supporting the digital transformation of the HR function, it has acquired Newext RH based in Paris (it has achieved a turnover of 6.3 million euros in 2023).
Created in 2017, it has 50 employees who support human resources departments in optimizing their HR organization, choosing suitable solutions and ensuring the success of their digital transformation.
