PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats assisted Foxintelligence on its acquisition by NielsenIQ
DELSOL Avocats assisted Foxintelligence, the largest e-commerce measurement and consumer data analytics company in Europe, on its acquisition by NielsenIQ, a world leader in consumer behavior analytics owned by the US investment fund Advent International.
Foxintelligence operates Europe’s largest GDPR-compliant consumer panel, boasting over 600,000 active online buyers in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Its cofounders Edouard Nattée, Florian Cleyet-Merle and Nicolas Remia, with the support of the French-Belgian start-up studio eFolunders, created Foxintelligence in 2016. The investment funds Daphni, Partech Ventures and Global Founders Capital had invested, among other investors, into Foxintelligence’s share capital.
Such acquisition will enable NIELSENIQ to strengthen its e-commerce offer and to provide its clients with exhaustive data.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats assisted Foxintelligence and its sellers, with a team including :
