DELSOL Avocats advised Pi Labs in the context of Stockoss’ fundraising
DELSOL Avocats advised Pi Labs, a UK venture capital firm, in the context of Stockoss’ fundraising, a provider of real-time inventory and flow management software solutions.
This €4 million round of financing was led by Pi Labs, alongside Global Brain, 50Partners, Hartwood, FrenchFounders and Kima Ventures.
This fundraising will enable Stockoss to accelerate its development in France and internationally, in particular by increasing its workforce and enhancing the functionality of its software.
DELSOL Avocats advised Pi Labs in the context of this transaction with a multidisciplinary team including :
