Jennifer PEREIRA-CHEVALLIER assists public bodies (The French State, public institutions, local authorities and hospitals) and private operators (developers, non-profit organizations, commercial companies and private individuals) on the legal structuring of their projects, both advisory and litigation services.
She has developed particular expertise in urban planning law and in matters relating to land management.
She specializes in the following areas of public law :
- regulatory and operational urban planning (planning permission audits, obtaining or defending planning permission), expropriation, pre-emption, criminal planning law ;
- public property ;
- environmental law ;
- public procurement law.
Jennifer joined the Public Law department of DELSOL Avocats in 2015 and also worked for several years in the Legal Affairs Department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region (France).
As a member of the Lyon Bar since 2013, she holds a Master’s degree in Public Contracts Law (Université Lyon III).
