DELSOL Avocats advised Framatome, an international leader in nuclear energy, on the acquisition by Framatome and TechnicAtome from the Daher group of Daher Valves, now renamed Vanatome, an industrial company that designs, manufactures and qualifies valves for the nuclear and defense industries.
This acquisition, completed on July 1, 2024, allows Framatome and TechnicAtome to consolidate their activities in their respective business sectors.
