Damien REMY

Damien REMY enjoys more than 13 years of expertise in intellectual property acquired in several leading intellectual property firms, as well as a large multidisciplinary firm, before joining DELSOL Avocats in May 2023.

He is involved in both consulting and litigation issues relating to trademarks, patents, copyright, designs and domain names.

Damien REMY teaches intellectual property law in the Master II Mc2 programme at the University of Paris II-Assas.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, Damien holds a two-year master’s degree in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property.

Damien REMY has been recognized by Best Lawyers as one of the lawyers “Ones To Watch” since 2024 in “Intellectual Property Law” (Best Lawyers, in partnership with Les Echos).
