Nathan MORIN mainly focuses in the following areas :
- litigation with financial predominance (stock market law, business criminal law, banking law and company law)
- regulatory litigation
Nathan has extensive experience of cases involving breaches of probity (corruption, influence peddling, illegal interest-taking), particularly in multi-jurisdictional cases.
He also has extensive knowledge of compliance, having assisted numerous companies in setting up their anti-corruption systems and represented them in inspections carried out by the French Anti-Corruption Agency.
He has also defended numerous financial institutions and individuals in the context of controls and investigations carried out by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution.
Since 2020, he has been listed in the Expert Guide as a Rising Star in Business Criminal Law. Since 2023, he has also been recognised by Best Lawyers in the “Ones to Watch” category in Criminal Defence & Litigation
Professional practice
Having completed various internships with Anglo-Saxon law firms and the AMF, Nathan began his career as a lawyer in 2017 by participating, as an associate, in the creation of Bougartchev Moyne Associés.
He joined DELSOL Avocats in 2025.
