DELSOL Avocats advised Framatome, an international leader in nuclear energy, on its acquisition of a 40% stake in Selectarc, the only French manufacturer of welding and brazing filler metals, alongside its majority shareholder, Viellard Migeon & Compagnie.
This long-term partnership aims to secure the supply of strategic filler metals, which are essential for manufacturing primary circuit components for French nuclear reactors. This initiative is fully aligned with the efforts to bolster the sovereignty of the French nuclear industry’s supply chain.
