Anna MILLERET-GODET

Anna MILLERET-GODET is a partner in the firm’s “Employment law – Social welfare Law” department.

Anna advises French and international businesses on their strategic corporate reorganisations, including mergers and acquisitions, site closures, business transfers and other asset disposals.

Anna is also recognised for her expertise in providing legal support to companies in connection with evolving staff working conditions (whistleblowing and internal investigations, CSR, GDPR, international mobility) and changes in workforce numbers, through the implementation of job protection plan (“PSE”) or voluntary redundancy plans.

She assists her clients with complex collective and individual litigation and also advises top executives on negotiating their departure.

Anna, who holds a Master’s degree in domestic and international litigation from the University of Paris V, and a Master’s in Legal Careers from the University of Lyon, was sworn in as a lawyer in 2009.

She took her first steps in the law firm DENTONS, before moving to COHEN & GRESSER and subsequently joining DELSOL Avocats in 2023.

Anna is also a member of AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce in France), FABA (French American Bar Association), the Avosial network of lawyers specialized in employment law, and ANDRH (National Association of HR Directors).

She regularly lectures on the corporate lawyer degree course (DJCE) at the University of Lyon III.
