PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advised the Australian group Global Data Centre (GDC) on the signing of an agreement to sell its stake in Etix Everywhere to Infranity

DELSOL Avocats advised Global Data Centre Group (GDC), an Australian company specialising in data centre investments, on its agreement to sell its stake in Etix Everywhere, a pan-European platform of edge data centres currently operating a total of 15 sites, to Infranity, a French investment fund specialising in the sustainable infrastructure sector. The transaction is expected to be completed following regulatory approvals.

Infranity will thus take GDC’s place in the capital of Etix Everywhere alongside Eurazeo to continue the group’s development.
