DELSOL Avocats advised Starquest Capital, a French private equity pioneer, and Région Sud Investissement, a co-investment fund serving entrepreneurs in the South of France, on the fundraising of Hydroclimat, an innovative French company specialising in digital hydroclimatology and climate change, which has been awarded the Greentech Innovation label.
This fundraising amounts to €1.5 million. This is the inaugural investment by CCR-F, the world’s first investment fund dedicated to climate change prevention and adaptation.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised Starquest Capital and Région Sud Investissement with a team including
