PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats advised Starquest Capital on its acquisition of a stake in Uniject
DELSOL Avocats advised Starquest Capital, a French private equity pioneer, on its €2 million investment in Uniject, a manufacturer of composite parts for industrial bodywork, with a view to continuing the development of its cofferdam manufacturing business to combat flooding.
Starquest Capital is acquiring a stake in Uniject through the CCR-F fund. Created on the initiative of Caisse Centrale de Réassurance, this €100 million fund has already made its first investment in 2025 in Hydroclimat, a pure player dedicated to climate change prevention and adaptation.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised Starquest Capital with a team including
