PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats advised the LSDH Group on the acquisition of the Biscuiterie de Chambord
DELSOL Avocats advised the LSDH group (Laiterie de Saint-Denis-de-l’Hôtel), an independent family company of dairy origin, on the acquisition of the Biscuiterie de Chambord.
This acquisition is fully in line with LSDH’s long-standing diversification strategy. The Biscuit Factory will continue to operate independently.
The group has acquired two manufacturing workshops and eleven stores located in the Centre Val-de-Loire region (France). For LSDH, which is based in the Loiret region (France) and employs more than 2,000 people, integrating Biscuiterie de Chambord will complement its liquid and plant-based divisions.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised the LSDH group with a multidisciplinary team including :
